Role Summary

At SThree, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our recruitment team.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop skills in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to learn while contributing to team success.

Location & Details

  • Location: Ginza, Tokyo
  • Duration: Short to long-term (2-month contract with possibility to renew)
  • Working Hours Expectation: At least 15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate regeneration: Contact candidates in the database and update their status
  • Name collecting / headhunting: Gather company insights by speaking with candidates
  • Candidate screening: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Database management: Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
  • Market mapping: Analyse the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work from the office
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in either Japanese or English
