Intern (Part-time)

Location: Ginza, Tokyo

Duration: Short - Long term (2months contract with possibility to renew)

Working hours: At least 15 hours/week 

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Regeneration: Making calls to candidates in the database and updating their status
• Name Collecting/Headhunting: Calling candidates in the database to collect information about their companies.
• Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Market Mapping: Analysing and mapping the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work at our office  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Language proficiency (Fluent either in Japanese or English)
