Role Summary
At SThree, a Recruitment Consultant is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and client development within STEM industries. The role combines sales, consulting, and relationship management, with a clear pathway for career growth into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing via social media, events, referrals, and networking
- Screening & interviewing candidates + conducting background checks
- Matching candidates to client roles
- Providing consultative advice on:
- Salary benchmarks
- Career progression
- Hiring strategy
- Business development:
- Building client relationships
- Winning new business
- Managing accounts
- Developing deep knowledge of client industries and company needs
