We're seeking an Associate Sales Team Manager to join our Progressive Southwest Team. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, maintain your own business contribution, and empower a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates across specialist STEM markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged and productive sales team.
• Analyze market, performance, and customer data to identify opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships through a consultative, service-led approach.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing key accounts.
• Drive team performance against revenue, client retention, and service excellence metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach top talent while creating clear development and career progression plans.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify commercial opportunities and deploy the most effective delivery strategies for clients.

• Proven experience leading and developing successful recruitment or sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Experience building client relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering against performance targets.
