Associate Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant base in our San Diego office you will:

• Manage candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle 
• Drive business development to expand accounts and create new opportunities 
• Identify the best candidates for niche job opportunities 
• Manage the candidate experience 
• Conduct networking, screening, and client calls 
• Negotiate job offers and contracts 
• Oversee the onboarding process for recently hired candidates
