As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop client relationships, build a network of STEM professionals, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through placement. What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities and client partnerships.
• Build and manage a network of STEM professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Grow your market and deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, customer-facing, or relationship management roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
