What You’ll Do:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own a full 360 desk, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates across the STEM industries. Expect to:

• Build and manage your own client relationships
• Identify top‑tier STEM talent for highly specialized roles
• Guide both sides through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Provide strategic hiring support to fast‑growing startups and Fortune 500 leaders
• Influence hiring decisions that shape entire organizations
