What You'll Do

• Manage a full 360 recruiting desk, supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source and place top talent in specialized roles
• Guide candidates and clients through interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Drive business growth through networking and consultative sales
