Sie ergänzen unser erfolgreiches Recruitmentteam und nutzen die Synergien einer international tätigen Personalberatung am Standort Hamburg
ROLE PROFILE
Ihre Aufgaben
- Baue aktiv ein nachhaltiges Kunden- und Kandidatennetzwerk auf
- Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen mit Personalbedarf und hochspezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften
- Verantwortung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
- Suche qualifizierte Fach- und Führungskräfte und führe Bewerbungsgespräche
- Führe Kandidaten durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess
- Berate Unternehmen hinsichtlich der Besetzung offener Vakanzen
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Ihr Profil
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Hochschule/ Universität) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften
- Oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Sales, Marktaufbau, Kundenberatung
- Ein professionelles Auftreten und strategisches Verhandlungsgeschick
- Interesse und Spaß an der Personal- / Managementberatung und Vertrieb
- Bereitschaft Ihre Karriere voranzutreiben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
