🚀 We’re Hiring: Self Bill Specialist

📍 Glasgow | Hybrid Working

🕒 37.5 hours per week

💰 £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

📅 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

 

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Reconciliations? Do you enjoy investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes?

 

We're looking for a Self Bill Specialist to join our Finance Operations team and play a key role in ensuring accurate account reconciliations, timely collections, and an excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of self-bill client accounts
  • Reconciling client portals against Collections Management
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Allocating payments accurately and maintaining account integrity
  • Supporting delivery of cash collection, aged debt, and DSO targets
  • Working closely with Sales, Placement Support, MSPs, and Finance teams to resolve issues
  • Escalating high-risk accounts and supporting process improvements

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Finance Operations
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
  • Experience with SAP, D365, or similar systems is advantageous
