Role Overview

📍 Glasgow | 🕒 37.5 hours | 💰 £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

 

We’re hiring an MI & Reporting Lead to play a key role in delivering a world-class finance reporting platform. Sitting within the Finance Projects & MI team, you’ll support both BAU reporting and a system transformation, helping design, build, and embed scalable reporting processes across the business.

 

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with Finance, IT, and Transformation teams to improve reporting, enable better decision-making, and support system implementation.

What you'll do

  • Lead the review and redesign of financial & KPI reporting
  • Develop scalable reporting to support month-end, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Play a key role in ERP system implementation, including testing, training, and design
  • Drive data cleansing, migration, and reporting optimisation
  • Support dual running of systems during transformation
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to improve MI processes

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in financial / management reporting
  • Strong experience with Power BI and finance systems
  • Proven ability to build complex reports and analysis
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or transformations (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders

This salary range reflects the expected compensation for this role based on skills, experience, and market benchmarks. Final offers will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience and internal pay equity.
