We are expanding and looking for graduates to join us in our Dubai office, overlooking the famous Burj Khalifa for the role of Graduate Trainee Consultant.

Key Responsibilities –

• Business Development within a specific and assigned market
• Sales and Networking
• Relationship Management with clients and candidates through meeting expectations
• Pitching, Negotiating

Job Description –

• You will get the opportunity to engage in sales and business development to build out your network

• You will be able to create as well as maintain business records within our global database to ensure customers’ information are correctly captured

• You will achieve the ability to understand the end to end recruitment process, and deliver a world class service to both our clients and candidates

• You will learn how to negotiate pay and salary rates, as well as employment offers between candidates and clients

• You will learn how to promote yourself and your service offerings through various channels in a proactive and professional manner

• Bachelor’s degree in any domain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
