We’re looking for driven individuals eager to build a successful career to join Huxley Brussels, focusing on Banking and Financial Services. This role is ideal for someone with energy, curiosity and drive, who is looking to build a successful career in a high-performance environment. 

You will: 

• Build and develop your client portfolio through business development 

• Learn and manage the full recruitment process from client engagement to candidate placement 

• Support clients in finding the talent they need to drive innovation 

• Develop commercial and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Starting base salary: 30.000 - 35.000 

1. Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role.  
In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
