About the Role

As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant in our Boston office, you'll build relationships with some of the most innovative organizations in the world while connecting top STEM talent to career-defining opportunities. From biotechnology and life sciences to engineering, technology, and advanced manufacturing, you'll operate at the center of one of the nation's most exciting and fastest-growing STEM markets.
This is a sales-focused opportunity where you'll own your market, develop lasting client partnerships, and build a specialist network of STEM professionals. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing the commercial skills needed to become a trusted advisor and high-performing consultant.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer-facing, or relationship management roles.
  • Experience generating business opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship building.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals, deadlines, or performance metrics.
