What you’ll be doing

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the vital link between highly skilled technology and engineering
professionals and future-forward organisations in the STEM space. You’ll build your own network, deliver tailored
workforce solutions, and make a real difference.

Your key responsibilities

• Build partnerships: develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their
needs, and match them with the right professionals.
• Build your own business: manage and grow your own client and candidate portfolio.
• Search like a pro: use databases, sourcing tools and other channels to find the best candidates,
screen CVs, and qualify candidates via phone or face-to-face.
• Lead the process: from conducting interviews to salary negotiations – you will handle it all.
• Become a market expert: stay on top of trend and developments in your niche market.

• Annual base salary: €24,000 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant.
• Uncapped monthly commission: the more you achieve, the more you earn.
